During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Because we begin preparing custom orders shortly after they're placed, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once production has started.

Because every personalized item is made just for you, all customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For eligible non-personalized apparel, we may offer store credit if the item is returned within 14 days in new, unworn condition.

Every House of Smith piece is embroidered and finished by hand.

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

At this time, we currently ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Bags & Accessories

To help preserve the shape, fabric, embroidery, and hardware of your bag, we do not recommend machine washing or submerging your bag in water. Machine washing may affect the fabric, embroidery, structure, or hardware over time.

Instead, we recommend spot cleaning with a gentle fabric cleaner or stain remover using a soft cloth. Avoid using bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning products, as these may damage the material or embroidery.

For best results, clean stains as soon as possible and allow your bag to air dry completely.
