Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive if ordering a pre-made item/product. If you are ordering a customizable product, please give up to 2 weeks to ship. Candles ship within 2-5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You can contact us through our contact page! We will be happy to assist you.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items or candles. The only thing you can return are pre-made products or bulk created products. Must return within 14 days to get a refund.
If your order was placed less than two weeks ago, or within the estimated turnaround time shown at checkout, it is still being processed. If that timeframe has passed and you haven’t received any tracking updates, or you’re concerned about your order status, please contact our customer service team. We’ll prioritize your order and share tracking details as soon as it ships.
Shipping Protection with House of Smith
At House of Smith, we care about your order every step of the way and want it to arrive safely. To safeguard your purchase from loss, damage, or theft during transit, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.
How to Add Coverage
- Opt In: Select and pay for Shipping Protection during checkout to fully cover your order.
- Opt Out: If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, House of Smith cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have shipped.
What’s Covered
If Shipping Protection is purchased, your order is eligible for one of the following resolutions (depending on availability and the situation):
- A replacement order (redo), or
- A full refund issued as store credit.
Filing a Claim
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order numberand proof of the issue (such as photos of damaged items or tracking evidence of loss).
Once verified, covered claims are approved immediately for resolution.
