How long does shipping take?
House of Smith Candle ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Typically, delivery takes between 2 to 6 days once your package leaves our warehouse, depending on your location. Please note that during busy holiday seasons, delays may occur due to increased shipping volumes. For express shipments, we will use the carrier that can guarantee 2-day delivery based on your location. While we strive to fulfill express orders on the same day, this cannot be guaranteed. Our warehouse is generally closed on weekends and holidays. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that free domestic shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii, and standard shipping rates will be applied.
